Why We Don't Sell Packages
The problem with
off-the-shelf tours.
Most tour operators sell the same 5-day Skardu itinerary to everyone. Shangrila on day one. Cold desert on day two. Kachura on day three. Everyone on the same schedule, the same hotels, the same bus.
We don't do that. Every Raahi trip is private: your group, your vehicle, your dates, your pace. If you want to spend three days in Shigar and skip the cold desert entirely, we build that. If you want an 11-day loop through Skardu, Khaplu, Hushe, and Hunza, we build that too.
The planning conversation usually takes less than 48 hours. You end up with a trip that was built for your specific group, not adapted from a template.

Day-by-day routing

Hotel selection
From Raahi's vetted list: boutique properties only. No algorithm picks, no random aggregator results.
Private 4x4 vehicle
Prado or above for the full trip. Your driver knows these roads by season, not by GPS.
Airport transfers
In Skardu and all road legs between destinations. Name board at arrivals, vehicle waiting.
Entry ticketing
For national parks, heritage sites, and cold deserts. No scrambling at the gate.
Real-time adjustments
WhatsApp contact throughout your journey. Itinerary changes if weather or road conditions shift.

You tell us what you want
Send us a WhatsApp message or fill in the contact form. Tell us your dates, group size, how long you're thinking, and any specific places or experiences that matter to you. Don't overthink it: a rough idea is enough to start.

We build a draft itinerary
Within 24 hours we come back with a day-by-day draft. We'll have matched your dates to optimal road conditions, selected hotels we've personally vetted, and priced everything transparently. No guesswork, no hidden line items.

You refine it with us
One or two rounds of back-and-forth on WhatsApp. Want to add Deosai? Spend an extra night in Shigar? Swap a hotel? This is where the customisation happens. We adjust until the itinerary is exactly what you want.
04
We confirm, you travel
Once you're happy, we lock in hotels and vehicles, send your confirmation with all details, and you show up at Skardu airport to a name board and a Land Cruiser Prado. Everything else is handled.
